Wilmington Trust reaches settlement with three former vice presidents

Six  days after Wilmington Trust Corp. sued three of its former vice presidents, the bank has reached a settlement with the former employees.

Details of the settlement have not been revealed. Wilmington Trust announced last Friday a suit against Barbara L. McCollum, Robert D. Rosenberg and Paul T. Gordon, saying the three had “misappropriated confidential business information” to new employer, Citi Private Bank.

The three vice presidents went to Citi as Wilmington Trust prepared for an M&T merger. The suit also alleged McCollum, Rosenberg and Gordon recruited other Trust employees to the Philadelphia-based bank.
