The site’s editors cross-referenced reports from America’s Health Rankings and the New England Journal of Medicine to come up with a ranking of the states showing the greatest weight gain during the holidays.
Ready for even worse news, New Jersey? Pennsylvania and Delaware are at the bottom of the list, among the 10 states registering the lowest levels of weight gain.
