Wheelchair users still having trouble navigating snowy streets

    It’s been some time since the last heavy snowfall (knock on wood), but the frequent snow storms, recent icy rain and delay in snow removal is still causing problems for some residents — especially those in wheelchairs.

    As Carolyn Beeler reports, curbs piled high with snow mound and curb cuts blocked by slush and ice have made getting around especially hard this winter.
