What the Planning Commission has in store for the Northeast

Meet Ian Litwin. He works for the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, and you’ll be seeing his face at neighborhood meetings as he learns how the Northeast operates, what matters to us and how the Planning Commission can help make the region more functional.
