West Philly neighbors discuss aspects of school reform

After a screening of “A Community Concern,” neighbors in West Philadelphia discussed just what can be done to bring reform to some of the struggling schools in their neighborhoods.

The documentary focuses on reform efforts in Boston, Oakland and the Bronx, and encourages grassroots neighborhood efforts to make urban schools successful and thriving environments.

West Philly Local has video of some of the discussions from community members of three area schools.
