Warminster man and team win children’s album Grammy

A Philadelphia-based, New Jersey-born music producer and his team picked up a Grammy Award last night in the Best Children’s Album category.

All About Bullies … Big and Small earned Steve Pullara and company their first Grammy. The album comprises 37 songs, poems and spoken-word tracks with titles such as “Labels,” “Red Headed Joe,” “Rolling with It,” and “Keep Your Chin Up,” speaking out against the negative effects of bullying. Various artists, including E Street Band member Steven Van Zandt, contributed to the recording.

It’s the first Grammy win for Pullara and his team — Jim Cravero, Gloria Domina, Kevin Mackie and Patrick Robinson — but not their first nomination.
