A Smyrna father captured Saturday night in Indiana with his two young children will return to Delaware.

Delaware police launched an Amber Alert search for the children after they disappeared along with their mother Friday night. The children were found with their father, Cortez Hamilton, in Indiana on Saturday night. The children’s mother, Keisha Hamilton, has not been found.

Cortez Hamilton has waived his extradition hearing and will be returned to Delaware to face charges including assault and child endangerment charges.

A Gold Alert for Keisha Hamilton remains active.
