    Turkey may be the centerpiece on many Thanksgiving tables. When you ask folks about their favorite dishes, it’s the sides that usually make the meal special.

    NewsWorks Tonight producer Kimberly Haas spoke to some Philadelphia chefs about their favorite recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers. And side dishes mean vegetables. When thinking about what to do with all those vegetable dishes, we went to the experts.

    Kate Jacoby and Rich Landau are the Philadelphia chefs behind the vegetarian restaurants Vedge and V Street.
