Valentine’s wedding tradition returns to Reading Terminal Market
Valentine’s Day means more than candy hearts, expensive chocolate and sappy movies.
At least it does for the couples you’ll see at Reading Terminal Market today.
Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey P. Minehart will continue the tradition of performing six consecutive wedding ceremonies at the market — right in the middle of the busy lunch spot where everyone can share the love.
Violinist Elizabeth Cary will perform and the couples and their guests will enjoy a little reception (that you’re not invited to) after the ceremonies.
The video below is from last year’s event.
