Unifying plaza

Flanked by two Foo Dog sculptures, a new plaza at 10th and Vine streets is meant to unify Chinatown with its lesser-known, lesser-developed North Chinatown neighbor. Arts & Culture reporter Peter Crimmins has the story of the trellis-covered common area, which is meant to encourage Chinatown resident to cross Vine Street and speed up development north of Spring Garden Street.
