Couple arrested for having sex on roof of Newark Chipotle

Police arrested two Delaware residents for having sex on the Newark restaurant’s rooftop.
Newark Police were called to the 100 block of E. Main Street on Saturday night after receiving multiple reports about two people engaging in sexual intercourse on the roof the popular Mexican eatery Chipotle.
The arriving officer witnessed 38-year-old Michael Suh and 27-year-old Nicole Germack in the act and told them to stop. The officer said the couple continued for another 20 seconds before running into Suh’s apartment.
Suh and Germack were taken into custody without incident and charged with lewdness, indecent exposure and other related charges.
This couple is not to be confused with another couple caught engaging in sexual intercourse in public behind the Galleria building, also on E. Main Street, in broad daylight back in March.
Several witnesses captured the incident on cell phones and quickly posted images and video on various social media sites. To date, no one has been arrested in connection with that incident.
