TSA plans to dismiss seven Philadelphia employees

    The Transportation Security Administration plans to dismiss seven workers in Philadelphia in connection with an investigation that began last year.

    The Inquirer reports the TSA intends to let do the remaining seven employees accused of a payoff scheme for passing grades in annual proficiency tests. Allegations were made against 10 people, three of whom have already resigned.

    Training instructor Shannon Gilliam was recently sentenced 300 hours of community service, six months of house arrest and four years of probation.
