Trooper of the Year honored

The top cop in Delaware will be named today in a ceremony in Dover.

Governor Markell and State Police Superintendent Col. Robert Coupe will announce the 2010 State Police Trooper of the Year as well as the Civilian Employee of the Year this afternoon. State Police say to be selected, the trooper of the year must be “recognized by their peers for having outstanding character and integrity.”
