Traffic Court judge relieved of duties over lewd photo

It’s been quite the week in Philadelphia’s Traffic Court.

A source in the First Judicial District tells our Dave Davies that Judge Willie Singletary has been relieved of his duties for allegedly showing a photo of his genitals to a court employee.

Judge Gary S. Glazer has recommended Singletary be removed from the bench.

Glazer has only been heading Traffic Court since Monday, when Administrative Judge Michael Sullivan was removed from the position for allegedly fixing tickets.
