Tornado watchissued along East Coast
That heat warning that’s in effect until 8 p.m. just got a little more serious. The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for much of the East Coast, Philadelphia included.
Between now and 8 p.m., Maine through Philadelphia is primed for tornados and sever thunderstorms. Thick hail, dangerous lightning and 70mph winds are all part of the warning.
