Top 4 things to watch in NW Philly this week

1. Students at Thomas Mifflin Elementary School in East Falls will start a six week quilting project this week. Check back to learn more about the anti-violence-themed initiative.

4. The owners of Balance Chestnut Hill are hoping to move to Willow Grove Avenue. The building’s landlord will meet next week with the neighborhood’s Development Review Committee in advance of a hearing before the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustment in early April.
