Pennsylvania governor-elect Tom Wolf says he needs to move quickly filling his cabinet.

“I have a chief of staff, named Chairman of the Transition John Frye, the steering committee we’ll keep working to get the transition committee set up, we’re working as fast as we can I think it’s going very well, he said.

Wolf says he wants to hit the ground running right after he takes his oath January 20.

“One of the things I am trying to do is to recognize the special importance and give special importance to the budget crisis that Pennsylvania is facing,” he said.

Wolf says he’s set up a special team to go over the state’s finances so when he takes control he will know just how bad things are in Harrisburg.
