Three New Jersey gas stations charged with illegal price hike during Irene

    Three New Jersey gas stations have been charged with illegally hiking gas prices during Hurricane Irene.

    According to CBS 3 in Philadelphia, a Cherry Hill gas station at 298 Kings Highway, is among the three charged.

    The owner of of that gas station could face a $1,500 fine if found guilty.
