Three New Jersey gas stations have been charged with illegally hiking gas prices during Hurricane Irene.
According to CBS 3 in Philadelphia, a Cherry Hill gas station at 298 Kings Highway, is among the three charged.
The owner of of that gas station could face a $1,500 fine if found guilty.
