The story beind the story: ‘Boardwalk Empire’ author to speak at Camden County College
The author behind the hit HBO series “Boardwalk Empire” is set to make his second appearance at Camden County College to compare the real Nucky Johnson with the fictional version, “Nucky Thompson,” portrayed by actor Steve Buscemi.
The Gloucester County Times reports author Nelson Johnson will present “Boardwalk Empire: Part II: Nucky Johnson is Back in Town and He Means Business” at 7 p.m. on November 29 in Civic Hall.
The event, which is free and open to the public, includes a question-and-answer session and a book signing. Registration is recommended, according to the Gloucester County Times.
