The shape of the STAR

Another topic in the race for Governor will be the idea of state money being used to lure companies like Fisker and Bloom Energy.  The fate of Fisker won’t be known until December.  Bloom is part of a bigger remake of the University of Delaware campus.  If you look at the area by the old Chrysler Plant, it still doesn’t look like there is much there, but look more closely and there is a ‘star’ taking place.
