    Federal agents have searched the home and offices of John 'Johnny Doc' Dougherty

    Philadelphia’s political world was shaken this month when FBI agents raided the home and offices of powerful electricians union leader John Dougherty as well as his ally, City Council Majority Leader Bobby Henon.

    And last week it emerged that investigators subpoenaed the campaign finance records of Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney as part of the probe.
