Temple student’s tweet sparks changes by Sodexo

Never underestimate the power of 140 characters. When Temple University freshman Brandon Warech had a complaint about Sodexo, the university’s food service company, he went straight to the source. On Twitter.

Warech got a response, and has since met with execs from the company, following a list of complaints Warech compiled from his fellow students.

As The Temple News reports, Warech sat down with three Sodexo managers, and the company addressed issues like healthy food choices, line management, cross contamination and employee language.
