Temperatures go up, but can’t keep Philly kids down

    With temperatures expected to rise to 100 degrees and a heat advisory in effect until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Philly is feeling the heat. Some may prefer to stay cool in the air conditioning while others brave the humidity for a chance to get wet.
