Talk about race by not talking about it

    The idea of talking about race might actually be more complicated than the discussion itself. That’s why, at a recent event sponsored by WHYY, the Penn Project for Civic Engagement and NewCORE, discussion groups meant to talk about race and Race — David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play — began with some indirect talking points.
