Take Back event is last chance for Delco retailers to unload synthetic drugs

Hey synthetic drug retailers of Delaware County, the D.A. has a message for you: Divest yourselves of the drugs at a weekend Take Back event, or be prepared to face the consequences.

Pennsylvania State Police Troop K Barracks in Middletown will collect substances like bath salts, spice and mind eraser Saturday, giving retailers a chance to unload their inventories without repercussions. After that, county District Attorney G. Michael Green says the retailers will face criminal charges.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports authorities have been investigating the retailers selling the illegal substances ever since school officials became aware of synthetic drug abuse by some students.
