Sustainability organizations gather at Temple for green fair

Can you resist the opportunity to participate in a “Pimp My Ride” competition for bikes? If not, has Temple got a treat for you today.

The university is hosting a Green Fair at its campus bell tower, and though it’ll probably be swarming with students, the event is free and open to the public.

As part of the national Campus Sustainability Day, Temple has gathered more than 50 sustainable organizations from around the city. Some of the highlights include bicycle-power demonstrations and a computer recycling center.
