Sussex trio charged with stealing “archeological resources”

Three men from Sussex County are accused of stealing artifacts or other remains of human life that are at least 50 years old from state-owned lands.

John Justice of Lewes, Elmer Justice of Laurel and Mark Silicato of Milford are facing charges after being accused of taking “archaeological resources” from the Cedar Swamp Wildlife Area near Townsend. The three men are also facing boating safety violations.
