Suspect named in girl’s death outside Pa. hospital

Police have identified the suspected gunman in the shooting of a teen girl killed near a Philadelphia hospital during a large melee.

Homicide detectives say they have signed a murder warrant for 19-year-old city resident Darian Person, and are searching for him.

Capt. James Clark says that two groups had been feuding and decided to meet up Monday afternoon at a busy intersection near Einstein Medical Center.

He says the gathering had devolved into a few different fights when the girl was struck by a bullet that traveled for half a city block.
