Suspect arrested for April laptop thefts from Center City charter school

It took awhile, but police have arrested a suspect in the April 2011 laptop thefts from Philadelphia Electrical and Technology Charter High School.

Back in August, police said they were looking for a male suspect wearing a SpectraGuard jacket and testing doors on the first floor in a restricted area of the school.
He’d been spotted and kicked out the building before anyone realized the devices were missing.

Now, CBS3 reports, 49-year-old Michael Alicea has been arrested and charged with burglary.
