For many of us heading into the new year, finding our rhythm at work after the holidays can be challenging.

Be honest, how often did you find yourself cursing your alarm clock in the morning or just not feeling motivated this week after all? (So much for time off to regroup and come back strong!)

To find out how to start 2015 off right, I talked to NewsWorks blogger Susan Richardson, who just returned from her holiday with the rest of us.

“For someone who among other things is a clergy person, my flow never stopped,” said Richardson, who is an Assistant Minister at Christ Church Philadelphia.
