Surveillance video shows teen attack outside City Hall

With a group of teenagers due in court today for flashmob attacks, police are investigating a new claim of a teen attack.

Fox29 has an exclusive interview with a woman who says she was attacked outside City Hall in May by a group of teen girls, but hasn’t come forward until now.

Surveillance cameras outside City Hall caught the incident on tape, showing the group of girls punching and kicking the woman, who has not identified herself.
