Supreme Court hears cases at Widener Law

Delaware Supreme Court Justices go on the road to hear oral arguments at Widener Law School.  Arguments are scheduled to get underway around 10 a.m. at the school’s Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom.  Widener Law alumni are among the attorneys presenting arguments in both cases scheduled this morning.  It’s the seventh consecutive year the Supreme Court Justices have visited the school.  Arguments are open to the public.
