Two dreary, but mild, days are ahead.

Waves of low pressure will pass through the area through tomorrow night, when a cold front sweeps through and delivers drier conditions.

Plan for periods of light to moderate rain showers during the morning and heavier activity this afternoon, becoming lighter later in the evening.

An easterly breeze gusting possibly up to 20 miles per hour per hour will decrease during the afternoon. Patchy fog is likely to develop tonight.

Periods of showers will continue tomorrow before the cold front passes during the evening hours, ushering in drier air streaming in from a westerly breeze.

Temperatures will be above normal today (middle 50s) and tomorrow (around 60), dropping down slightly to around 50 degrees both nights.

Sunshine will return Thursday and continue through the weekend. Highs will be around 50 degrees each day, with nighttime temperatures dropping to around 40 degrees.

Breezy conditions are on tap for Thursday and Friday.
