Sunoco pledges $750k donation for fire trucks in N.J.

Fire fighters in Philadelphia aren’t the only ones battling it out in the political ring.

In West Deptford, New Jersey, there have been heated arguments at recent committee meetings over new equipment and accusations over lesser settlements taken for political glory.

Long story short: the Sunoco Foundation pledged to donate $750,000 towards the purchase of new fire trucks for the township. According to West Deptford Patch, the payments will be made in two installments of $350,000 over the next two years.
