At New York airports, planes have begun landing and taking off again, too.

New Jersey Transit says bus service will be restored system-wide today. But it warned riders to expect delays due to local road conditions and to allow extra travel time. It said it will continue to cross-honor rail and bus tickets until further notice.

Utility officials say about 3,000 New Jersey customers have been without power, thanks to gusty winds that lingered behind after massive winter storm.

With all this, it may be hard to believe that today is forecasted to be a warm, sunny, dry day in the Delaware Valley.Well, relatively warm.
