Study will review feasibility of A.C. indoor market

Think Reading Terminal Market, but smaller.

Atlantic City is moving forward with its plan to study the feasibility of an indoor market, much like Philadelphia’s famous Reading Terminal.According to the Press of Atlantic City, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is expected to select a vendor for the study next month. Market vendors would sell food, produce, flowers and other goods in a yet-to-be-determined location.

Caesars Entertainment has already agreed to contribute $9.5 million to the project, more details of which are expected to be fleshed out in the study.
