Student leaders gather in Harrington

More than 500 students and their advisors take part in competition in Harrington as part of the annual Technology Student Association State Conference.
In addition to technological competition, students will take part in a service project for the American Cancer Society.  Organizers say registration for the event is up 25% with five new schools attending this year. The conference runs through Friday at the Delaware State Fairgrounds.
