String of cat attacks prompt Chester County SPCA warning
A string of brutal cat attacks has prompted a warning from the Chester County SPCA, requesting residents with cats keep them inside.
KYW Newsradio reports the Chester County SPCA has documented four reports of cat cruelty in the last few months. The reports describe brutal acts of cruelty, including cats who were found disemboweled, beaten to death or shot with an arrow.
KYW Newsradio says the Chester County SPCA is not sure if the incidents are related. An investigation into the reports is ongoing.
