Stranger danger: Attempted luring in New Jersey
A male motorist attempted to lure two young girls into his van in Gloucester Township.
According to NJ.com, two girls ages 6 and 9, were on the porch of a Sicklerville, New Jersey home, in the Mayfair Woods development when an older white man with thinning grey hair asked the girls to approach him.
The man was wearing a red shirt and driving a red van with dark windows.
The girls went into the home and notified a parent who then called police.
The van was last seen on Honeysuckle Road near Johnson Road.
Authorities said that the driver “may have engaged in a short conversation with a woman pushing a stroller before leaving the area.”
