State officials mark the start of Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Governor Markell joins Attorney General Beau Biden and other state leaders to launch officially declare October as Domestic Violence Awareness month.

The event also marks the start of the Attorney General’s Office’s Confidentially Program which got underway this week.  Under the program, victims and survivors of doemstic violence, sexual assualt and other crimes can stay hidden from their attackers by using a substitute PO Box for the official address.
