Marvel Cup presented at tonight’s State Chamber of Commerce dinner in Wilmington.
Former Governor Pete du Pont will join Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons in presenting the award to the Delawarean who demonstrates outstanding committment to the state. The award is named in honor of Josiah Marvel who reorganized the modern-day Delaware State Chamber and was the first modern-day president. About a thousand business, community and political leaders are expected to attend the dinner tonight at the Chase Center.
