SPCA reminders on new pet laws

The Kent County SPCA is holding 7 pet clinics over the next 3 months reminding pet owners the new dog license law that takes effect March 1.

The Kent County SPCA reminder is over the law that requires all dogs 6 months or older to have a license. Licenses range from $8-$30.  Fines for violation of the law range from $150-$170.  There will be clinics held the last 2 Saturday’s of the month to help pet owners get organized with their pets.
