Sly Fox brewery to open Pottstown location

Before plans move forward with Sly Fox’s new Pottstown location, the brewery will sell its Royersford restaurant.

The Chester County brewer hopes to be up and running in its new spot near the Pottstown Airport by the end of this year, where production will increase.

We have to be able to make more beer in order to meet the demand and we also want to grow the business in both our present markets and look to expand into some new markets,” managing partner Peter Giannopoulos said in a release first picked up by Limerick-Royersford-Spring City Patch. “We want our focus to be entirely on beer going forward.”

The restaurant will be placed in the hands of the Royersford General Manager Stacey Hebert.
