Second suspect in murder of Police Officer Moses Walker, Jr. arrested in Alabama

    According to the Philadelphia Police Department the second suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Officer Moses Walker, Jr. was arrested Sunday.

    Authorities in Montgomery, Alabama have 19-year-old Chancier McFarland, from the 1400 block of N. 23rd Street in custody. He was considered to be armed and dangerous.

    NBC10 reports was taken into custody just before 6 p.m.

    Officials already have 23-year-old Rafael Jones under arrest. Jones was charged with the murder and robbery of Officer Moses Walker, Jr. Jones on Friday, August 24.
