If you enjoy the boardwalk and beaches in Seaside Park and use your smartphone, you’ll no longer have to worry about cellular data charges.

Borough officials announced a free wifi program yesterday on the boardwalk at Lafayette Avenue.

“Need to do some work while on the beach? Trying to use less data? Bring your laptop, tablet, phone, kindle and hook up and enjoy fast speed internet,” a borough official posted on the municipality’s Facebook page

Anyone interested in accessing the service must select “connectedseasidepark.”
