Police say, earlier he abducted the infant from her grandmother at a home in East Orange in Northern Jersey.

Jones: We threw every available resource out there including aviation using infrared technology, boats out on the water, canines and their handlers.. as many people as we could in that area of the Driscoll Bridge. That turned up nothing to this point
Police say, Abdur-Raheem allegedly consulted with a religious Imam in Atlantic City on the way to his father’s home – where he reportedly confessed of what he had done.
