Scarfo Jr. and 12 others arrested for alleged fraud scheme
While his father, “Little Nicky” Scarfo, serves out a lengthy prison sentence, Nicodemo Scarfo Jr. was arrested this morning as part of an alleged fraud scheme. He and 12 others face fraud and racketeering charges.
The Inquirer reports Scarfo and several businessmen and lawyers were taken into custody following a three-year investigation and an indictment that alleges the group planned to bilk a Texas financial firm out of millions of dollars.
Scarfo, 46, was arrested at his Atlantic County home.
