Tomorrow, Radio Times will host a conversation on the Kensington Strangler, who has attacked four women and killed two near Kensington Ave.
Philadelphia social worker and freelance writer Jeff Deeney will be on the show. He’s chronicled the lives of those living in impoverished neighborhoods like Kensington in work published by the Daily Beast and Phawker. Also on the show will be Mary DeFusco of the Defender Association of Philadelphia, who helped launch Philadelphia’s Project Dawn Court. Project Dawn Court attempts to help women with repeat prostitution offenses with therapeutic and re-entry services while keeping nonviolent offenders out of costly prison terms.
Join us for Radio Times, tomorrow morning at 10:00 on WHYY-FM.
