Royersford woman advances in Macy’s makeover contest
A month after it was announced Annamarie Chestnut was a finalist in makeover contest sponsored by Mayc’s, the Royersford restaurant owner found out she’s one of four near-winners.
If she wins, Chestnut plans to open a second restaurant in town.
Voting begins Monday on Facebook for the “Million Dollar Makeover with Clinton Kelly.” If she’s the grand prize winner, Chestnut will receive $1 million worth of prizes tailored to improve her life, the Mercury reports. She’s already expressed her desire to open another restaurant and renovate the kitchen in her own historic home in Limerick.
She should find out if she’s the winner by the end of the month.
