Rowan University launches presidential search website

How about a president story out of New Jersey that isn’t about Chris Christie?

Rowan University is looking for its next president, and aside from the public forums and online comment system, the university is tracking the search timeline on its presidential search site.

A national search is underway for the replacement of Dr. Donald Farish, who resigned this month. For now, Dr. Ali Houshmand has the interim position. The search is currently in its “Kick-off” phase, and will be followed by “Candidate Development.”

Want to be considered as a candidate? You’ve got to have excitement. It’s the No. 1 criteria for the search, though we have a feeling you might be asked to do something with all that excitement.
